Clean boneless chicken

Chop the chicken into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces

Add soya sauce, a pinch of salt, pepper

Shallow fry chicken pieces and set aside.

Clean Prawns with salt.

Fry prawns with salt and pepper

Stir fry them and keep aside.

In a hot pan/wok, add little oil and scramble one beaten egg with salt and set aside.

In the same pan/wok, Add oil and stir fry vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage, spring onions for 2 mins.

Add chicken, prawns, egg and stir.

Then Add cooked basmati rice and stir well.

Check seasoning. Toss well.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
