Product & Pricing

Prices displayed for all the products on www.freezfree.in may change depending on the daily market value[incl] GST? Prices displayed are in relation to the particular quantity of Product as provided on the Platform and against such Product. Therefore, the price displayed for your order will also be on the basis of the weight / description of the Product ordered by you. However, the actual amount charged to you will be on the basis of the actual amount / quantity of Product delivered to you.

Any difference in estimated price and actual price shall be adjusted by making a refund by Freezfree.in or payment of difference by you to Freezfree.in. Any excess amount paid by you shall be refunded to you and the mode of refund shall be the mode of original payment. Any additional amount that you are liable to pay, shall be collected at the time of delivery of the Product.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges Are Applicable To The Customer Beyond The 5km Radius From Our Unit. The Charges Are Calculated At Checkout.

Prices And Availability Of The Products And Services Provided Or Offerred On The Site Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice And At The Sole Discretion Of Craving Edge Llp.

Craving Edge LLP/ Freezfree.in may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at anytime. In the event, Freezfree.in is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail/sms and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Freezfree.in shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
