Use Mahimahi fish fingers

In a deep dish add Clean fish Fingers, corn flour 1/4 cup, maida 1/4 cup

Add Chilli flakes, salt and pepper to taste.

Coat the fish fillets in the mixture. Keep aside.

Dip the coated fish fillets in the egg mixture.

Now coat the fish fillets in panko breadcrumbs (normal breadcrumbs/crushed cornflakes can also be used)

Deep fry the fish fillets in hot oil.

Fry until golden brown

Serve with ketchup/chilli sauce.
