Easy Steps For Home Made Chicken Sheekh Kebab

Clean chicken with turmeric and salt.

In a bowl, add minced chicken, Salt to taste, Turmeric powder 1/2tsp, Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 2 tsps, Garam masala 1/2 tsp, Cumin powder 1/2 tsp,Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Mix well, add Coriander leaves, Mint leaves and pulse it once in a blender.

Transfer this mixture to large bowl.

Add 2 tbsps gram flour/besan. Mix well..you should be able to make kebabs with them. Add more besan if batter is runny.

For the kebabs,
Keep skewers in water for 10 mins to avoid burning.

Then make long tube like kebabs along the skewers.
(Dip hands in water to avoid sticking in hands)

In a hot tawa, add oil and fry the kebabs.

Cook the kebabs on all sides until brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
