Cancellation, Return and Replacement Policy

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as the goods are procured on the basis of the orders and we do not freeze any of our products. We strive to maintain the USP of our company, in providing fresh high quality foods to our esteemed customers. We do not compromise on the quality of our products. However, in case you would like to rethink your purchase, you can cancel your order within 2 hrs of placing the order and your money will be refunded to your original source of payment. It will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and credited to your payment source in a maximum of 5-7 business days.
To cancel within 2 hrs of placing an order:
Please call our customer support team on 79040 91119. Your order will be cancelled and the money refunded to you within 5-7 business days after cancellation request.
Cancellation Post Shipment / Delivery:
We are sorry that we are unable to cancel an order after it has been dispatched or delivered except in the case of a quality issue, or if the promised delivery time is not kept.
Return / Replacement Policy:
We take extreme care and precaution to provide you with the best shopping experience each time you shop with us. If at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will take the best possible measures to resolve the issue. We request you to contact our Customer Service team on 79040 91119 and your order can be returned at no cost.
We do a 100% replacement in the case of damaged goods, quality issues, or error in delivery. Our quality team can consider complaints on case basis and use its discretion on such matters.
If we have delivered a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery and you will be fully refunded for the missing item. If we can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), our staff will inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund. We take responsibility for wrong / partial delivery.
Note: Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full amount.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Meat/Seafood/Dairy/other perishable products can only be returned if:
1. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
2. The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.
3. If request is initiated after 2 hours of placing the order.
If you are unhappy with your order, please raise your concern by reaching out to us at the time of delivery on 79040 91119. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Can I Return Part of My Order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return / replacement / refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any free gifts or products which came along with it.
How will I Get My Refund?
- For payment by credit card, debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, within 2-3 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, Please call our customer support at 79040 91119.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
- Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
- If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
