Clean mutton with turmeric and salt.

Cook mutton with salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste for 5-6 whistles.

Add ghee to the pan and roast cashews and remove them once golden brown

Add Curry Leaves, chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and saute

Add chopped tomato and mix well. Cook till mushy.

Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and little bit of the mutton stock.

Cook till the oil seperates from the masala.

Add the mutton and little of the stock to help the masala coat on the mutton.

Add pepper & fry for 5 min till all the gravy dries out and add the fried cashews.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
