Clean mutton kheema with turmeric and salt.

In a hot pan, add oil, Saunf 1 tsp

Add Curry leaves,Onion finely chopped 1, Tomato finely chopped 1

Saute well. add salt.

Add Turmeric powder 1/2tsp, Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tsp

Add mutton kheema and saute well.

Add Water and cook until mutton is done.

In a tawa, Make dosa and Add beaten egg over it.

Place the cooked mutton keema over egg. Keep on medium flame.

Cook until egg is done.

Fold and serve with mutton gravy.
