Easy Steps For Home Made Tandoori Prawns

For Step by Step Instructions

Clean prawns (medium-large) with turmeric and salt.

In a bowl, mix Turmeric powder 1/2tsp, Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 2 tsps, Garam masala 1/2 tsp, Cumin powder 1/2 tsp,Pepper powder 1/2 tsp, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Amchur/dry mango powder 1tsp, Salt to taste

Mix well. Add Water and oil to make a smooth paste.

Add cleaned Prawns cleaned 1/4kg and mix well.

Let it marinate for atleast an hour.

For the kebabs:
Keep skewers in water for 10 mins to avoid burning. Place prawns in the skewers.

In a hot tawa, add oil and fry the prawns

Cook the prawns until brown on all sides. You can also grill them in a barbecue/tandoor or over direct flame.

Serve hot with lime and mint chutney.
